I’d never even heard of January’s purported day of gloom – Blue Monday – until I saw a post on my social media page asking what I intended to do to take charge of the situation ☹ (gulp!)
Well dear readers… whether it has already happily gone unnoticed by yours truly or not, I’m having none of that and nor are all the wonderfully positive-minded and forward-thinking people featured in this month’s edition of the magazine.
